How do I get started with Hiland?
Sign up, get 50 free credits, connect your WordPress site or Shopify store, and write your first article. No card is needed to start.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing new starts until your credits renew, and nothing is charged automatically. You can upgrade, or buy extra credits that never expire.
How does the WordPress integration work?
Hiland connects with a WordPress application password, so there is no plugin to install. You can revoke the password at any time.
How does the Shopify integration work?
Hiland connects to your store and publishes articles to your blog. You choose the schedule and review drafts before they go out.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you ask within 7 days of a charge, we refund it in full and cancel the subscription. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I use Hiland for multiple websites?
Yes. Starter supports 1 website, Growth 5 and Pro 20, all from one dashboard.
How long does it take for articles to rank on Google?
It depends on competition and how Google treats your site. Google’s own guide says some changes take effect in hours and others take months.
